To renew your Connected Navigation Service, you are required to have an InControl account. To create an account and to find out more about InControl visit the InControl help pages.
Once you have registered for an InControl account you will receive Connected Navigation renewal emails at 60, 30 and 7 days prior to service expiry. You will also receive renewal emails on the day and the day after expiry. Follow the instructions in your renewal email to renew the in-vehicle Connected Navigation Service.
If your Connected Navigation Service has already expired, then contact us to learn how to renew your Connected Navigation Service. -
I have an InControl account:
If you have an active InControl account, you will have been notified by email how to renew your in-vehicle Connected Navigation Service. Please review your InControl registered email account and follow the instructions provided.
If you have not received an email notifying you of how to renew your Connected Navigation Service then contact us.

I do not wish to renew the Connected Navigation Service:
If you do not want to renew your Connected Navigation Service then your in-vehicle Navigation will continue to work for route guidance but will not benefit from the advanced connectivity features.
With a valid Connected Navigation Subscription in place, maps will be downloaded and updated for you automatically. Should a full update be required please follow the process below.
