Around the time of your subscription expiry date, you will receive an email from Land Rover InControl with instructions on how to renew your subscription via the InControl Online Store.

INCONTROL CONNECTED NAVIGATION PRO

To renew your Connected Navigation services, please log in to the InControl Route Planner website using your Navigation account details, before selecting the renewal you require. Please note, this can only be done once your current subscription has expired.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you are selling your vehicle, or simply want to terminate your InControl services, you can easily cancel your subscription from My Land Rover InControl website.

STEP 1: REMOVE A VEHICLE

From My Land Rover InControl website, click on “Vehicle Settings” on the vehicle dashboard page and on “Remove Vehicle”.

STEP 2: DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

If you have multiple vehicles, select the vehicle you are removing. If you have no other vehicle linked and/or no longer wish to keep your account, click on “My Account” tab, select “Remove Account” and the “Remove Account” button.

InControl features, options and their availability remain market dependent - check with your Retailer for local market availability and full terms. Certain features require an appropriate sim with a suitable data contract which will require further subscription after the initial term advised by your Retailer. Mobile connectivity cannot be guaranteed in all locations.
